A few years ago the two of us…
friends Matthew and Benjamin – realized that we had both become great resources for others, most of which was focused on getting businesses off the ground. The similarities between us grew when we noticed how people kept asking us questions about what to do with their business ideas and how to grow them. We came from very different fields, but had zeroed in on the same question: How can we create the same value for people outside of our network who need this kind of help?
Matthew had taken his love of entrepreneurship and founded / sold a business before turning only 19 years old. Since then, he has helped many businesses get off the ground, including playing an integral role in two exits. It didn’t take long before Matthew realized how many people could use his help.
Benjamin's passion for entrepreneurship started at the age of 14, where he successfully co-founded a freelance painting company. From there, he took his knack for numbers and processes into a senior analyst position at one of Canada’s largest banks. Benjamin has a deep understanding of business operations.
To complete the story of our friendship, it dawned on us that we had been approaching the same problem from different angles. We wanted to provide value to people by building them personalized business tools and coaching services. If our experience has shown us anything, it is that getting a business off the ground and scaling is no easy feat. We decided that the best way for us to help others succeed was to team up and build something of our own.
